PRODUCT SEARCH
Q: I can't find the product I want. How do I search for it? A: Using the Keyword search feature, enter the product name, or category of the product in the space provided and click "Search." Advanced search features are also available.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: Currently, we accept secure Visa, Mastercard or e-Check payments through Paypal or Google checkout to 2cute2miss@gmail.com We also accept money orders & personal checks (held to clear). Payment is expected within 7 days.

SHIPPING
Q: How long does shipping take? A: All items are shipped USPS First Class, Priority and Air mail. Please check the USPS website for approximate transit times. Shipping on most items is FREE within the U.S., Overseas shoppers must email for a shipping quote.

ORDERING
Q: What should I expect once I place my order? A: We will e-mail you once your order has been shipped with the DC# Since 99% our items are all personally handcrafted please allow at least 3-5 business days for crafting. Officially licensed items that we do not make ourselves ship usually within 24hrs.

Q: Do you ship Internationally? A: Yes we ship worldwide, please email us for exact quotes for countries other than U.S. & Canada.

COPYRIGHTS
Q: Is Seamless Switchplates affiliated or endorsed by license holders? A: No, All copyrighted images belong to their respective license holders. Our products are rightfully sold under the First Sale Doctrine.

CLEANING & CARE
Q: Can I clean my switchplates and knobs? A: Yes, All items are coated with protective layers of acrylic. Should you need to clean your items simply wipe them down with a damp cloth.

RETURNS
We will issue refunds on defective items only. In the event you buy the wrong size or cannot use the item(s) purchased a store credit will be issued. We strongly encourage that you make sure you know the sizes before you buy as returns and exchanges are time consuming and inconvenient for both parties.
